Seat Height

Lift the lever under the seat. Take your weight off to go up, sit down to go down. Let go to fix it.
Back Height

Lift the backrest — it clicks up a notch at a time. Go past the top and it drops back to the bottom.
Seat Slide

Lift the lever at the front and slide the seat in or out. Leave a 2–3 finger gap behind your knees.
Inflatable Lumbar

Squeeze the pump to inflate the cushion in the backrest for firmer support. Press the release valve to let air out.
Tilt Multiple Positions

Pull up the lever to unlock, lean back to the angle you like, then push it down to lock it there.
Independent Back Tilt

Lift the lever and push the backrest to the angle you want, the seat stays put. Push down to lock the back.
Independent Seat Tilt

Lift the lever to tilt the seat back, push down to lock in position.
Forward Seat Tilt

Lift the lever and tip the seat forward, then push the lever down to lock it. Tilting forward helps you sit upright.
Manual Tension Control

Turn the knob under the seat. Turn to + for a firmer rock, − for a softer, easier lean.
Height Adjustable Arms

Press the button under the armrest and move it up or down.
2D Adjustable Headrest

Slide it up or down to meet the back of your head, then tilt it to suit.
Up to 135 kg

Built and tested for people up to 135 kg (about 21 stone), for everyday office use.

A contemporary high back posture chair with a contoured foam seat and back, a three-lever mechanism so the seat and back angle set separately, a ratchet backrest, pump-up lumbar support and a seat slide, on a brushed aluminium base. Returns

Chairs can be returned within 14 days, unused and in their original packaging. A return fee of £30 + VAT is taken off your refund.
