Apply

Fill in the short form below with your organisation and invoice details.

We approve it

We check the details and email you when it is ready, usually within one working day.

Log in and shop

Enter your work email, type the code we send you, and shop as normal.

Add your PO and order

Choose “Pay on account”, type your PO number, place the order. The invoice follows by email.

Questions

Who can apply?

Schools, academies, colleges, universities, NHS trusts, GP surgeries, councils and other public bodies. Other organisations are welcome to ask; we look at each one.

How does logging in work?

Click Log in and type your work email. Our shop emails you a 6 digit code straight away; type it in and you are in. There is no password to forget. Once your account is approved, logging in with your work email shows Pay on account at checkout.

How long do I have to pay?

30 days from the invoice date, by bank transfer. Our bank details are on every invoice.

Can more than one person order?

Yes. Tell us who should have access and each person logs in with their own email. Every order still goes on the one account.

Can I get a quote first?

Yes. Email sales@atlantisoffice.com with what you need and we will send you a formal quote you can raise a PO against.

Is there a spending limit?

New accounts start with a credit limit of £2,000. If you need a higher limit, please contact us.

Can I still pay by card?

Of course. Card payment stays available on every order.
