Made to order to your choice of size and finish, so it cannot be returned unless it arrives faulty or damaged. Please check sizes and finishes before ordering, and tell us within 48 hours of delivery if anything is damaged. If only part of an item is damaged, we replace that part, not the whole item.

Warranty

5 year structural warranty, 2 years on moving parts, finishes and fabrics (seating: for normal 8 hour a day use).
