Seat Height

Lift the lever under the seat. Take your weight off to go up, sit down to go down. Let go to fix it.
Integrated Lumbar

Nothing to adjust. The backrest is shaped to support your lower back.
Tilt Multiple Positions

Pull up the lever to unlock, lean back to the angle you like, then push it down to lock it there.
Synchronised Mechanism

Just lean back. Back and seat work in a 2:1 ratio when tilting back.
Manual Tension Control

Turn the knob under the seat. Turn to + for a firmer rock, − for a softer, easier lean.
2D Arms

Two ways: press the button to move the arm up or down, and slide the pad forward or back.
Height Adjustable Headrest

Slide the headrest up or down until it sits behind the back of your head.

Returns

Chairs can be returned within 14 days, unused and in their original packaging. A return fee of £30 + VAT is taken off your refund.
